To ensure the accuracy of the colors on your embroidery patches, we provide thread and fabric color charts to prevent any color discrepancies between your design and the actual patches. If you place embroidery patch orders regularly, it’s highly recommended to obtain one of each color chart for improved communication. Choosing from Pantone numbers is also possible; however, we will need to match your Pantone colors to the closest fabric and thread colors on our color charts. To avoid color-related mistakes, we recommend creating a sample for approval before proceeding with bulk production quantities.

We offer over 250 thread color options. To ensure you get the right colors, please select the number from our color chart. Using Pantone numbers may not guarantee exact color matching, as we have to choose the corresponding colors from our thread color chart. Sometimes, mistakes can occur if the similar colors chosen do not meet customer satisfaction. If you plan to order a significant quantity of embroidered patches, we recommend purchasing one color chart, which is priced at USD 15 each.
